Good spot.

Quote
On Some i30 (GD) vehicles fitted with a manual transaxle, after applying the parking brake it may not fully release after releasing it. This is due to corrosion where water is entering into rear caliper.

Build start date: 01/01/2012
Build end date: 29/02/2012

just received a letter through post today about this recall and it seems my car is affected  :undecided:
its due for its 1st service next month so I'll get it done then.

tbh, ive not had any problems with the park brake so hopefully all is well

I wonder if this has anything to do with that lady who parked on a slope and the car automatically rolled into her hedge

If she gets a recall notice she will definitely play that line...

0844 number.

Make a few bob from that one

there is an e-mail address.

I get peed off with these non-geographical numbers as I have 'free' calls, including 0800, 0845 and international, on my phone account for £3.50 a month.

Saynoto0800 works well but not for this.
