Title: It's Tinnitus Time Again

As I get older, my tinnitus gets louder. Not much anyone can do I'm afraid. So, where possible, I try to develop my lip reading skill for future use. I know others have this problem too, so I thought I'd provide a challenge for you to lip read this example.

It took me a while to recall it's the lips I should be reading. I make out:
