UPDATE 2: So, the knocking dissapeared again, then started to slowly come back.
The National head tech had to be called in for advice, so hyundai are now replacing the WHOLE
panoramic roof, apparntly its not in "parts" or the "Tracks" it sits on cannot come seperatly, so
they are completly replacing it (which means glass and all...).
This will be in 2-3 weeks as it will take that long to have the part shipped over...hmmm
So what happened after the replacement? Is the noise gone forever or you encountered the same problem again?
I'm asking because many people here in Turkey (including myself) complain about this rattling issue coming from the panoramic roof.
It is written in Turkish forums that a bulletin has been issued to the services worldwide last september directing to place some kind of pads under the roof to overcome the problem.
Any of you aware of such a bulletin? If yes, is it possible somebody could issue in the forum what is exactly written there?

It doesn't look like anyone can shed any light on this issue sorry.
I seem to recall a couple of sunroofs being fixed under warranty for leaking and a possible glass breaking issue (I think it was)
Hopefully we will get some comments on that. :undecided:
I might rename and split this topic off to get more response :idea:

Hi guys, sorry for late reply.
Issue was resolved - whole sunroof was replaced.
From what i was told, they had several international reports of the issue,
and a direct replacment was what was initially the problem solver, however...
i since visited the dealer who replaced etc and they said they recieved a notice about the issue only a month after
they dealt with me, with the solution of the "pads" you are speaking about...which is the easy fix for the issue...
