Title: Miraculous self healing i30
Post by: feldom on June 21, 2013, 13:48:13
On 12/7/12 I took my i30 into Cars2 Bradford for the 2 year service. I got a red warning, "requires front tracking" and amber warnings for "brake fluid low and rear pads warn". Total cost £154.27. I ignored the advice and have had no further work done on the car.
Took the car into Benfield Hyundai Leeds on 20.6.13 for a warranty repair on the drivers door lock. Job done. Also did a vehicle check sheet which came back with all states green. No problem with the tracking and no warning on the brakes.
B*gger! Just noticed the tyres are loosing tread after 20000 miles!  :(

'Sounds' just like my hearing tests. Failed after deployment and supposedly fine now.
