Title: Installed a spoiler for i30 Hatch with pics
Post by: Jesse91 on July 13, 2013, 07:18:32
Hi all bough myself a spoiler for my i30 a couple weeks ago through these guys bodykitskingdom.com.au found them on ebay. I bought the spoiler for $120 and they painted it for me for an extra $100 so $220 all up and I picked it up within a week.

It is the exact same style of the factory one however it doesn't bolt on from the top and have the covers like I have seen with the factory one on here. I attached it using black Sikaflex which was very easy and it is not going anywhere.

Overall I am very happy with the result the paint is an exact match and great quality, however the paint does seem a little thin and I would have preferred a few more coats on it. Just hoping it won't fade to quickly in the years to come.

Thanks for the Photos Jesse (looks like a great fit) :goodjob:

Keep the wax up to it, should reduce any fading. :winker:

 :whistler: haha

I doubt it really if anything I think somethings would just be cheaper, I had a 94 camry and there was heaps of stuff you could still get for that including body kits! Lol but then that is a Japanese car, there is less aftermarket stuff for Korean cars... but then again there are lots of old sexcels driving around with body kits.. but then again most of those body kits are made from bolsa wood and stuff from there local hardware shop
