Title: De-badged i30 with turbo diesel badge pics

De-badged my car the other day and also replaced the CDRI badge with a turbo diesel one I like it better let me know what you think. You can also see my new number plates I got the other day off ebay for $160  :happydance:

Looks good,but unless you pointed it out I wouldn't have picked any of the changes,there's plenty of non badged I30's over here,not sure why they were never badged,but again plenty of them.Mind you I do like the Turbo Diesel Badge instead of the CRDI badge

The de-badge and re-badge look great, but won't it confuse the mechanics at service time if they can't work out what they're servicing? :whistler:

Are the debadged ones the 1.6 petrol?

Beerman yes I think they are,only badging on them is the Hy badges

Oh!Yeah we do,many of them bought as rentals and government cars,but yes you could buy one if you where stupid enough,more power in a twisted up rubber band,OMO

S'funny, the only de-badged i30 I've seen was being driven by someone much older than me.  :confused:       Though maybe he borrowed it off his grandson ?

Can't see the point personally but it looks a good job if you like that sort of thing. :)
