Hi guys,
My partners i30 has developed a fault where by the radio still works but CD refuses to, and now on the back of this, today the rear windows are not working (drivers door security switch checked) Along with the flashing dash (which has been on order through Hyundai since August) this is the third issue since. Any advice or ideas very welcome.

Back to the dealer to sort out issues. More pressure on the dealer is required. What is the delay for the part on order since August, that is unacceptable. :fum:

just the usual "we are waiting for it to come in", compounded by the need to have the car back within hours to commute/kids etc. The cynical side of me thinks there a few who put you off purely to run down the warranty. I shall make an appearance there and enjoy a way of getting the correct customer service.

I think you should escalate the problem to Hy Head Office and tell the dealer that their performance so far will be part of the letter, if the part isn't here in a week.

Sounds like a plan...will keep you informed. If you know of any home checks I could do without invalidating warranties etc id be grateful.

Best left to the dealer to sort out, as the wiring and motors are all behind the door panels. :neutral:

noted, so far it seems they cant find their a*** if it didn't follow them about.

Is it an established dealership or newish?

tbh im unsure.I can find out all I need to know in lieu of a phonecall I shall be making to the depot manager.
