Title: Save Money On Your Holiday - Or Not

I have received an Email today from Tesco Bank credit card company urging me to pay for my next holiday with my credit card. This will earn me "extra" Tesco points to be spent in the store or buy air miles with.

I have calculated that their offer is worth about 1.5%.

Now most airlines and holiday companies apply a surcharge of 2.0 to 2.5% if you pay by credit card.

Doesn't add up as a sensible thing to do - does it................ :fum:
