My white P76 has gone in to have a full restoration done.
Body restored, new paint, new interior, new (original) engine, new chrome, new wheels, new tyres, new exhaust, new everything, etc etc.
Can't wait til it's done. :happydance:
Should be right for another forty years then. :)
I've also bought two other P76s - a multi coloured one that will be rebuilt (later) with a very high (GT) spec, V8, manual, and also a genuine Targa Florio (the blue one) in very poor condition that needs a full restoration. It does come with its original engine and gearbox though and will be stunning when completed, but that is further down the track.
I've included a photo of two good Targas, one Nutmeg (brown) & one Omega Navy (blue), so you can see into the future. It's called "vision." :D

The one with a tree stump for wheels might need some work.......I hope its one owner with books....
-
It needs a lot of work.
One careful owner (twenty seven not so careful), with books (such as "How to restore a wreck").
Long term project, but worthwhile, being a genuine Targa.
It was an early build Targa, July 1974.

It needs a lot of work.
Our next contestant on Mastermind is Dave B..

You have to have vision, Dazz.
It has always been a WA car.
It's the Targa Florio's 40th anniversary this year - she'll be ready for it's 50th.
Trust me, I used to work for the government. :)
