Look great M8..

Two suggestions though.. If I had a white SLX I would spray the rail under the car that shows in both your photos with some mat black paint or Body deadener spray ..

and... change "then" to "they" in your signature ... please  :D

Hey Dazz, that is exactly what I noticed in the Hyundai showroom when I ordered mine, one of the few things about this car that's not good

Not so obvious in darker colours - Think just white and silver probably need a touch-up...

Nice wheels, to bad it's 17" ;) But you probaly can't go higher because of the law right?

Nah I could have gone higher.. I went to the shop with the view to get either 18's or 17's. ANd after a discussion with the wheel tech i went with the 17's so as to not compromise the ride and handling to much

No worries mate. Wheels are a personal choice, And I knew when buying them that not everyone would like them :-D. Thanks for your honest opinion though.

They have mad a HUGE difference to the way the car feels on the road though. Its alot more responsive and the steering feels alot more point and shoot. There is no loosness in it what so ever. So I am more than chuffed, as this is what I was hoping. Going more for performance than overall looks. :-D

I think they come in at around 8.1 kg. Not sure of the weight of the originals.

Nice!  :D

What kind of rubber did you get with the wheels?

As for the exposed rail, I would suggest telling the missus that you NEED side skirts to cover up the unsightly bits underneath the car...

Thanks mate. I got Hanzo 215/45. The are quite grippy. Not the most grippy but a hell of alot better.

ANd No missus. I just dont like the look of the standard issue skirts. I am waiting to get together some money to get a kit custom made.

Sounds good - should look awesome with the wheels - can't wait to see the pics, once you've got it.  :D

They look great blawler :D
I am not always a  fan of black rims, but on white cars they look fantastic. I think some of the best looking i30's i have seen have been white cars with black rims on the Korean forums.
Good work :D

Looks good Blawler.

But you still haven't got the Spoiler!!!!!!!!!

Once I chew up the fitted tyres I think I'll look for an upgrade to 17's

Yeah I know. All in good time. I am really liking to clean rear look. That is until I see another one with a rear spoiler then I am reminded of what I am missing.
