Title: Serviceable parts in Auto Transmission?
Post by: mborkp on March 13, 2014, 05:07:00
I spent almost all day to find auto transmission replacement filter for my crdi 1.6 with no joy. I've found a post on Hyundai forum for Elantra model that there isn't one. So what is it with i30??? Do those automatic transmission for  have replacement filters/gaskets or not?
Thanks

They need to be serviced, so they would have to....

Not even a dipstick on the GD model auto transmission,...................  Might be like my '89 Skyline auto, 23 years, 340,000 Kms, original auto transmission fluid still in there.  Holds 9 litres though, fully synthetic "Nissan D."  I'll be happy if my i30 last as well.
