Hyundai sell a paint pen that is the same colour as the cars.  I think it was around $35.

I have one and use it each time I seen a stone chip, which is basically every couple of months.

getting back to topic of stone chips,I was able to pick up a perfect touch up bottle(much like a nail polish bottle and brush) $14 from a major dealer over here,John Hughes Hyundai,much like h20melon I have a regular touch up day usually once a month on a Saturday

I have the paint protection warranty on the car, so they will do it for free, and probably should so they don't try to say it voids the warranty

most of mine are on the bonnet behind the bonnet protector,the odd one on the side(but not that often)unless Sue attacks something with the side of the car  :lol:

I wont tell if you don't .. :D

It is very hard to make a good job of touching up metallics unfortunately. The secret is to use as little paint as possible and just a little dab ( don't do a brush strike)

Won't cover stone chips - only fading, discolouration etc.

Thanks Dazz. If ya got any chips Trish's CW, take it up to hyundais body shop. They won't charge you for a couple drops of paint on a toothpick. :winker:

Really? ? You need to make a complaint then..... its not like they are painting a full panel of the car. It's one dip of a toothpick in a small paint bottle and cover the spot. There should be no charge

As long as the metal is sealed I'm good. It looks a lot bigger in the photo than it actually is.. I just don't want rust
