It's not just coughs and sneezes that spread diseases. One single bacteria cell can multiply to become more than 8 million cells in less than 24 hours. Just imagine what's on the toilet door handle you just touched, the taps and even on other people's hands...

i'm a survivor :) trod on dog droppings barefoot when i was a kid, road in cars with no seat belts no air bags , no ABS no air conditioning ( b4 global warming ) . road on the back of my dad's truck , road push bikes with no safety helmet, drank from a tap in back yard also straight from the hose. used to have to clean out my Dad's horse stables bare hands picking up manuer. the list goes on, thank's for the advice reaper :),

It is hard to live in a sterile world....... maybe we should do as a forefathers did.....expose to everything , so the body can build up a resistance to these bugs........ they had less visits to the doctors than we do.......like John, I was bought up on a farm and cleanliness wasn't on the top of our lists.....

Thats Great Dave, So did one of mine , other one was killed by a hit run driver. was only in his 50's. the one that lived to 98 smoked & drank to the end. my Father does not smoke but likes a drink.
