Although the tournament starts next Thursday, 12 June 2014, the Poll will be open until the following Wednesday, i.e. 18 June 2014.
This date is after each team has played 1 game to allow you to assess the current form of all the teams in the competition.
If you wish you can up to the closing date change your initial selection or subsequent selection.
You can only vote for 1 team.
