Title: 2010 i30 glove box removal
Post by: axisacco on June 26, 2014, 12:35:55
Hi, I have to replace the heater/Ac blower motor in my car, I have worked out how to remove the door side of the glovebox mounting panel but cannot figure how how the radio side can be removed....
Any advice / tips would be much appreciated.

Not necessary to touch the glovebox, apparently.

The vehicle is fitted with dual controls, I have been told to allow access the glovebox and it's mounting plate has to come out.
Problem is how to detach it from dash near radio

Do you know if that's possible, or does the whole dash have to come out and be modified. When the car is assembled, the whole dash is usually inserted as a single complete unit
