Title: The smartphone that costs just £26
Post by: eye30 on July 28, 2014, 16:35:56
An Indian company has launched an Android smartphone that costs just £26, and we Brits can buy it right now.

For that minimal outlay, you get Google’s operating system which has more than a million apps available for it. There’s only 512MB of storage – enough for a few photos, music files and TV episodes – but you can beef that up with a microSD card.

Cheap phones quite often have poor reception of calls and internet, though maybe as a spare?

I sort of moved downmarket from a £450 Samsung to a Moto G at £125. I think it is better, well maybe the camera isn't quite as good. Prices of decent stuff are falling all the time. :)

I have the Moto G as well, it cost me well under the price of an S3 Mini even with shipping from France included! Very happy with it and I am thinking of getting one for the gf as well
