G'day everyone, this is my first post to the forum. I drive a 2013 MY14 Hyundai i30 (5 door model), and I am looking at customising it a bit.
First thing's first; the body kit!! I have had nothing but problems and failed attempts to find anyone so far that supplies the body kit (hell, even just side skirts!) for the new version of the i30.
Called the local Hyundai dealer where I got it from, no avail, spoke to parts, no avail.
Called a few Hyundai/Korean auto part suppliers and wreckers, no success.
I don't think Hyundai manufacture the body kits as far as I know (and the guy at the Hyundai Parts depot said that he couldn't find any body kits in the catalog either).
I have seen various body kits for the new i30 on Korean Auto Imports, but the majority of them seem rather pricey.
Maybe someone could shed some light on where to source a body kit for the new i30? Apart from Korean Auto Imports, maybe?
Cheers
SWDXING.

:welcum: Not much of any use on ebay :Pout: (my usual first port of call)
A recently joined member posted a picture of a nice white series 2 he got with a full body kit...
I will add a link if I find it (might give us some leads)
Edit: here is a link.. New member only made the one post so far!

Thanks guys, that picture of the pimped i30 looks very nice, seems Korean Auto Imports is the way to go...

The only full kit still available is the Sequence :link: 2012+ i30 Sequence Full Body Kit - Korean Auto Imports (http://koreanautoimports.com/2012-i30-sequence-full-body-kit/) it's the most expensive but the nicest one imo, the other kits look to have sold out as only certain parts are available.

maybe I'm just getting old, but It amuses me that people stick various things body kits, spoilers brake covers etc etc onto a car to make them look faster, when in fact all they are doing is adding unnecessary weight and slowing up the car.
but hey what ever floats your boat

With modern plastics we are not talking a lot of weight (perhaps as much as one teenager)

A full spoiler kit would only be a few kilo's so it's not much to worry about, I could do with losing a few kilos so that would counteract the additional weight :D

They look similar to the ROH Korsa and KING Evolve wheels, you'll find all brands here :link: Wheels | City Discount Tyres (http://wheels.citydiscounttyres.com.au/wheelbrands) happy searching :)

If it is the same as in my household, the second is much harder than the first!!

Your welcome :)
We require photos of the wife before we can give that approval

I'm sure I could organise a photo being uploaded but I would need wife approval as well :)
