Title: Poundworld's 'everything £1' claim banned
Post by: eye30 on October 08, 2014, 19:26:46: Poundworld's "everything £1" claim has been banned by the advertising watchdog after a customer spotted "special" items on sale for £3 and £8.99.

Poundworld argued that the "'manager specials" were occasional offers in addition to their £1 products that usually ran during the Christmas period and at random and infrequent intervals for the remainder of the year, adding that there tended to be no more than two at any one time.

Small section where they have a few selected items at different prices, why not? It wouldn't bother me at all.
