Title: Do you turn your ECO mode on or off?

Still trying to figure out whether ECO mode is better for urban driving (with plenty of stops and starts on 40km/h zone). What settings do you have it on?

Same question equally applies to diesel fuelled cars.

I turn my ISG off even before I've cranked the engine. Total waste of time imho... so annoying when it cuts the power a couple of hundred yards into my journey.
