Title: re-calls et al update
Post by: asathorny on October 29, 2014, 16:23:04
I have just collected my car from the Hy dealership and allegedly they have:-

1 new head light bracket????
2 brake light switch
3 door mechanism replacement
4 replace some part of the wiring loom ????

All that I can report is that the door now opens as it is supposed too and that was my index problem.

So, I cannot give any assessment other than my door opens when I pull the lever

Happy camper  :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob: :goodjob:

1 new head light bracket????

No idea what that is. possibly the found an issue when doing (4)

2 brake light switch

I suspect they have replaced yours even though it's possibly not in the effected production batch (mine wasn't)

3 door mechanism replacement

its a cable/rod, old ones break. mine was replaced 12 months ago....

4 replace some part of the wiring loom ????

Headlights to cure the bulb blowing issues? (I've had no blows in the last 12 months since mine was done)
