As no Wings and no steering wheel then he can't be charged under aviation law or motoring law.

Apparently he didn't have a pilot's licence and he also had a jerrycan set up gravity feeding fuel to the engine and the whole thing could have gone up at any time.

Go down the main street of Newman every second week and you need a torch in the middle of the day :lol:
