How typical. You just wash the car and the world's biggest bird takes a cr@p on it!!
-
I'm thinking two birds, a big bath, a stage and an entry fee!
-
I had a girlfriend like that once! :snigger:
-
Nicely done! Is that a Karcher pressure washer you used with a soap lance?
Looking at getting myself one soon :goodjob:

From what we have heard, Rick, your dunny needs to be bigger than that, and better ventilated too!!

The difference between Oz & UK, we have space.

Its snow foam that works through the Karcher or any pressure washer . Go on you tube and put in snow foam. Its not all thats it's cracked up to be really unless you have a pretty clean car to start with. It always require's a hand job with a sponge :-[
What I do is pressure hose it down with just water to get most of the crap off then apply the foam and then sponge it down and then rinse off, job done. Sometimes i mix a cap full of Turtle wax shampoo which as some wax in it. You can also buy liquid wax which you can spray on with the lance after you've washed it but I've never used it

If you think my Garage is small you should see the size of the newer one's, they're a waist of space. I've extended it at the back to make it longer so i could fit a work bench and also my blike behind the chariot.
Your right its all about space in the UK we down have the luxury of having loads of land which comes at a high price unless your rolling in it.
Like you said your dunnies are bigger than our houses

If your car is fitted with parking sensors - be very careful with a pressure washer.
It is all too easy to damage the sensors - and they are not cheap if you have to buy spares from Hyundai.
One of my wife's friends had her car washed where they use pressure washers - two out of four sensors were damaged which resulted in the system being "on" all the time. She is fighting them over damages - but they deny they caused the problem. It cost her £145 for repairs and she had to wait 5 weeks for the spares to arrive at the dealers. Her car was not a hyundai - perhaps theirs are more robust - but I doubt it.

Thanks Alan will take a bit more care with the lance

I always take great care of my Lance especially when using it

Yes if you miss the mark you could end up bending it :blubber:

Careful where you point that thing. Don't go waving it around willy nilly. :whistler:
