I have an Optus mobile service which is great in areas with good Optus coverage. Unfortunately our house is in a coverage black spot so its quite useless there. Or is it??

Now with 5 bars of coverage, the phone is more than just a fancy paperweight at last. Other mobile carriers have similar products, you just never hear about them.

That's an old article by the way, but its still available and works just fine. You'll need to go on a deep dive of the Optus website to find it.

They might bring it out when you mention you want to void your contract because you have no reception at home....
