Title: Removing Rear Bumper - Am I Missing Something?
Post by: satorumusashi on May 02, 2015, 08:55:57
Hi all,

New to the forum. Have done a search and read a number of posts but to no avail.
Have a GD tourer and am wanting to remove the rear bumper to fit tow bar. I've never had a rear bumper so stubborn so am not sure if I'm missing a screw/bolt/clip somewhere.

Have removed tail lights and the 2 bolts/clips that retain the top of the bumper.
Removed all bolts/clips from inside wheel arch.
Removed all clips from underside of bumper.

It flexes on the underside when pulled and I can't see anywhere it fixes near the boot latch.

Are there any clips/bolts etc behind trim or attaching to subframe/chassis?

It seems most stubborn near the tail light and where the bolt in the wheel arch was...

Any help much appreciated.
