Ok, I am not sure from what I have read on the site as to weather it is possible to do what I want, so here goes.
In the UK there is a 1.6L Diesel with auto and a 2.0L Diesel with Cruse but in manual
can the cruse control from the 2.0L including the steering wheel controls be fitted to the 1.6L auto and can this be done without voiding the warranty on a 2009 car.
thanks
Mike.

Your mod is not listed on HY UK web site under accessories.

I would suggest you ask at the dealers.
If you don't fancy asking at the one you are buying from then ring one at the other end of the country.
I do this sometimes when I want info so when I visit my local dealer I know the score and don't get fobbed off.

You were right, ask the dealer, it took several attempts but in the end, success!
I am now about to place my order for a 1.6 diesel auto with cruse control, which my dealer will fit for £399, seems reasonable, this will include the same steering wheel control as featured on the 2.0l manual
Thanks for the advice
Mike.
