Does everything in Australia try to kill you?
:link: PICS: It's raining spiders in Australia... | Traveller24 (http://traveller24.news24.com/News/PICS-Its-raining-spiders-in-Australia-20150521)
Cape Town - Millions of baby spiders appear to be raining down from the sky in the Southern Tablelands region of Australia, blanketing the landscape and farm houses in a post-apocalyptic hue of arachnid hell.

I know acid rain is pretty bad, but spiders? :scared:
-
:D Never seen it here myself but they wont be poisonous, just little black bush spiders.
If your yard was covered like that with Red Back and Funnel Web spiders then that'd be a worry
-
If not from the poison I'm pretty sure I would die of shock

That's a novel way of getting on the web.

If it starts raining Huntsman, I'm emigrating! :spitty:

They are awesome spiders, very reluctant to bite and they keep irritating little bugs out of the house. :goodjob:
Unfortunately my folks dislike them so I usually get tasked with removing them from the house, but not before chasing mother dearest around with it in my hand

In hindsight could have used one to keep my ex-wife out of the house! :head_butt:

this is not, a porky :) ,
but when i was working, i used to ride my pushy in lunch hour, when i had the time around the Homebush Bay Olympic sight, about 15k from sydney CBD. one path i road on that was near parramatta river & had big mangrove type tree's each side of the path & a compleat canopy of spider web's from one side to other over top of path & these big black spiders up there looking down. loved it but saw a lot of people freak out when they looked up.

I'd freak out if I saw that lot, I wouldn't leave the house till they buggered off
