Unfortunately my budget won't stretch to new rims and tyres. So I am settling for replacing the rims and refitting the manufacturers tyres.

Hi Redted.. looks good.. I did the same thing when we bought the wifes car.. no point tossing away good tyres...
Nice rims :D How much did that set you back?
Don't know how much redted paid for his but Bob Jane often has a good choice of 15" rims in their catalogue for under $100 a piece...

Spot on Dazz :D. Bob Jane Cleveland (Aus). $560 fitted. 5 spokes are easier to clean .
-
very similar to my wifes factory 15" mags.

I have found the manual (in the aussie SX version) climate control system a breeze to use compared to all my previous cars which had fiddly dials to navigate.

Sunshade statically adheres to inside of rear window. Keeps out the sun, hard to see into the car from behind due to silver outer but easy for the driver to see out as the other side is black.
$9.99 aus from Autobahn outlets. Just cut to size and place on window with water and squeeze out any air-bubbles.
Love it :D
-
wonder if it would do any harm to my rear window tint..?
-
Nice car! :)
-
luv it

As your car is blue you may wish to change your name to blueted

Our girl turned one today. :)
Amazing really. Had her first service (not counting the free 1K inspection) this morning (23 July), rego renewal turned up in the post a year to the day since registration and after lunch, she spun over the 15,000 km mark on the Odo.
Apart from the basic 15K service, there were two warranty jobs.
Firstly, the glove box and it's surround was replaced under warranty due to a warp in the glovebox (it has never closed flush since I picked it up). It was never a big deal for me but the dealership chose to replace under warranty. No argument from me.
Secondly, a (the?) brake light switch was replaced. This fault was found by the computer when reading the engine's history over the last 12 months. We hadn't noticed any problem.
So, 12 months on and I for one am still in love with this car. Not a rattle or squeek to be heard when driving. Couldn't be happier. :D
-
That all lined up nicely by the sound of it  Glad you are still enjoying "her"
Sounds like you have a good dealer..
Might be worth giving them a plug..
-
Good to hear.
And it was good for you to post up 1 year on - well done.
