Title: Add OEM Cruise Control for 2013 GDH (petrol)
Post by: doomedace on August 10, 2015, 10:35:25
Hi Guys,

I've just recently bought an almost new I30 Tourer from 2013.
It came without CC, which I do not really need, but I've stumbled over this ebay item:
:link: 2012 2013 2014 2015 Hyundai I30 Elantra GT Audio Auto Cruise Retrofit DIY | eBay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/271525343384?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)

I've asked the seller, and he is quite sure that I would only need this item, and a new wiring loom, according to my VIN.

Just to be sure: Are all ECUs able to perform the CC function in the 2013 GDH model (1,4 petrol, around 100 hp)? If not, how would I be able to find out?

Best Regards and many thanks in advance!
Alex

Very odd that a 2013 model doesn't have CC  the buttons and wiring is only part of what you would need...where's the module :undecided:

I'm unsure whether your ECU has the option, you might need to speak to Hyundai about that.

CC is a feature that they still sell you only as part of the pricier versions in Austria...
