I found an excellent video from youtube.

I did not expect to understand so much about the commentary, but actually I understood "most" of it. I hated german classes in school but I guess 8 years of studying it actually paid off after all :D. Even if you don't understand a word, the video shows it all.

@ 5 min where he use the hammer on the brake disc: To remove the disc like that it have to be brand new discs or the handbrake isn't adjusted very well. When changing the discs on mine I had to adjust the brake pads before I could move the disc outwards.
There's actually two threaded holes you can use to drive the disc out with.. :P

Well, at 238.000 km the rear discs was worn below minimum allowed thickness. I think that's fair enough.. :P

Thats why I got rid of mine at 140k.
Gotta leave something for the next owner :cool:
