Just joined after perusing this site on & off for some time. So many here are happy with the i30 range!

I have taken the plunge & purchased a new i30 SR Premium. Picking it up on Sat 21st Nov.

Thanks Raid - I'm sure I will like it plenty. For an old chap, it may take a bit to get familiar with many new to me features like the navigation system, proximity key & other wizardry.

The main things I wanted in my new car was HID headlights & DRL. It happens that those two feature  only on the most up market models here in Oz, so that means I have to 'put up with' all the other kit it comes with  :happydance:

Here in UK it comes with DLR and I have just installed HID kits and very happy with it.
