Title: NSW i30 owner seriously injured in fiery crash.
Post by: Dazzler on December 21, 2015, 06:16:11
Hope not one of our Members and hope he will be ok. It appears from the story and images that a white i30 GD hatch hit a Corolla from behind. The driver of the other car which burst into flames has died and the i30 driver is in a serious condition! Nasty!  :disapp:

Sorry Daz, but I don't think anyone should give the driver of the i30 any sympathy, he got nabbed by a speed camera 100 metres from accident site, wasn't wearing a seat belt & at that intersection had plenty of room to avoid hitting the Corolla & killing the driver.
He has been charged now - been sugestions that it may have been attempted suicide.

Hi Neville, Crazy! Thanks for the update... we've had a couple of those in Tassie over the years. Why do they have to involve others.  :disapp:

No use agonising over the whys and wherefores. People who contemplate suicide are no longer thinking rationally. Just sayin'.
