Hi Guys , after 2400 kms on my Manual Hyundai i30 Elite (1.8 Petrol) , there is an annoying rattling sound from the rear driver side.
I am not sure what it could be.
I have checked the spare tire, the tools and nothing is loose.
The sound is more pronounced when turning right at round abouts and at slow speeds. I have also noticed that sometimes on slightly bumpy roads it will be there.
It does not happen on high speeds but at the time of taking off or turning or at roundabouts. Can it be something is loose (suspension) under the car?

Check the rubber ring securing the exhaust hasn't slipped off it's hook. I think that is what eye30 discovered with his.

Thanks Dazzler, I'll check it tomorrow. But how does it look like and where exactly is it on the exhaust?

After only 2400 km I assume you're still in warranty. If you're absolutely sure it's not some of your things rattling, then let the dealer sort it out.

I assume it is very near to the rear of the car, at the last mounting bracket for the exhaust.
