Brought my i30 here in 2009 under a different franchise and enjoyed the experience. So.when I needed a second car, I went there. The business manager, Becky, was very pleasant as my friend gave me her name. She said she will find out about the car concern. Within 5 mins, she called me back and gave me all the details. She also introduced her sales colleague, Shan, who will be looking after me. He was also very switched on and gave me a couple of choices. He was forward with the figures and the whole process took about 45mins. No messing about. Staff very professional and understanding. Most of all, make you feel valued!
