Hello,
Good morning every body
I have i30 2012 GDI and the touch screen loocked and need upgrade file only music and back camera worke the screen type i mercury model T1

Please help me

Is your car still in warranty (not sure what warranty you get in your locale)?

If so then take it in, most screen lock errors seem to have been fixed with replacement units AFAIK.

If not then it might be worth disconnecting your battery for 30 minutes and see if it forces it to restart.
