Post by: Startel on May 17, 2016, 22:10:40

:welcumwagon: I'm pretty sure it isn't programmable without a physical mod.

I don't know how Hyundai has designed this to work. Very likely, as Dazz has said, you cannot just reprogram something to change the behaviour. However, there is always the possibility that the 'physical mod' can result in the use of the door lock signal as the mirror signal as well. This will need some careful study of the circuit schematics if it has not been done before. If you know that this is possible using a switch from Hyundai, then seeing where this switch connects will be a great first step. :victory:

Fitting a Power folding Mirror Auto Relay Kit might be what you're after :link: Powerfolding Mirror Auto Relay Kit - Shark Racing (http://www.sharkracing.com/powerfolding-mirror-auto-relay-kit/)

No way to program the mirrors to fold upon locking without installing a module to do so.

The module that is linked is all "plug and play" and easy to install if you know what you're doing.
