Does anyone know how easy it would be to fit a touch screen media/entertainment hub into a 2009 comfort? And the possible costs?

What model is it?
Many radios have pins dedicated to USB (vcc, gnd common; data dedicated), so you can look for the connectors and the pinout, maybe it is easy or maybe not.
Check the radio number model

This (:link: HOW TO: FD Body - Remove/Replace/Swap OEM (2DIN) headunit (https://i30ownersclub.com/forum/index.php?topic=36289.0)) is probably going to be of use to you, yes it is possiable and has been done but does require modification of dashboard facia, or buying a pre-modified one.

Cost - well such headunits usually retail for AU$500 t0 700 (or more) - the fascia kits can range in price but are say AU$50.  Then there is your time and incidental consumables.
