in the garage that looks like a carport and is about to fall down so needs desperately to be rebuilt and get a door put back on

Post by: hipposniper on September 23, 2009, 07:22:37: no they don't mind ,they understand that i have to get out anytime day or night for fire calls (plus i don't think they like to b woken up in the Early hours with me at the door saying "sorry can you move yer car" ).. so they give me a wide clearing.. if you look to the left at the pic with the front of Heidi & me name above, you can see the Hedge nxt to Heidi, sometimes in does get a bit tight to get in and out, but normally its fine.

Very considerate neighbours you have.

They probable think that if they had cause to call the fire bobbies, seconds are precious in life/death situation. Good on the neighbours.

Are you far from the station?

Post by: hipposniper on September 24, 2009, 21:12:00: well the neighbours are fantastic, they are Brill ..you'll have to live within 5 min's of the station ( inc if you have to run) & Ilfracombe is abit hilly to say the least,but your right seconds are precious, and you never know what your getting called for,
