hi Guys my daughter is looking at a 2008 i30 great price drives well - i am just a bit worried :Shocked: as it has 200,000 klm's on the clock is there anything special i should look at ?

Important questions.
Is it a Petrol or a Diesel (although both are good strong engines)
Is it Manual or Auto? The manual has been generally more bullet proof and economical although the clutch could be tired by now if still the original.
There are a few around with 300 to 400k on them!

For some reason the auto has been most troublesome in diesel wagons from around 2010 year so if there is no hesitation when selecting reverse or drive it might be ok...
The diesel has a lot more torque so they would put more strain on the transmission.

Make sure the auto trans oil is clean :exclaim:
Find out when/if the timing belt has been changed
