Title: Decided to update my Calais...
Post by: Dazzler on September 11, 2016, 08:22:44: Was considering trading my 2 Year old Holden Calais V in on a new top of the range 10th generation Honda Civic but decided it wasn't worth almost 10K to swap.

So I spent A$78 (trade price :goodjob: ) to upgrade the badging to the new Series 2 variety... My wheels are better than the series 2 wheels (in my opinion) so I've got the best of both worlds! :happydance:

The badging looks a lot better.
I often think that it's better to spend whatever you need to spend to upgrade your current car rather than change cars and when I do the state government stamp duty sums, it's not hard to decide. :)

Post by: Dazzler on September 11, 2016, 11:20:08: I did it myself. The spoiler too. The spoiler was A $85 delivered off ebay and I even sprayed and fitted it myself. The paint cost about $30 mixed to suit in a spray can. :goodjob:
