I'm 52 in October (but one of my daughters is only just turned 11 - and the other other one just turned 21) so think that keeps me young, although sometimes makes me feel old as well!

Ashley and Nateah (Ashley is the older one ... and yes she does have a boyfriend)

Different mums hence the different colour eyes and hair...

Nice pictures. Beautiful girls.

I assume Ashley has more than one dad, judging by the multicoloured hair?

Shambles,

Yeah I deliberated over that but couldn't see any easy way around it (thought it would have been a bit silly to start another thread) and the first entry is only a link not an image as such...

Anyway it all came to a happy conclusion

Dazz, while Nick's use of English is supreme, we must remember that English expressions won't have made it into his schooling

I have studied electronics and my english lessons was more about electronic stuff. I know some expressions but not all of them.

Never saw the movie Grease

That's definitely worth knowing :)

Electronics was my hobby from around 6 y/o to around 25. Got too immersed in computing to keep up that hobby, plus as more and more IC's started doing what a boardful of resistors, capacitors and transistors used to do, it got a bit boring.

That's definitely worth knowing :) Well it was easyier with no IC's, just replace a resitor if it was broken. Now if your flatscreen breaks, you just trow it away and buy a new one. In my learning days I repaired old tv's. But at the end I learned it for nothing ... There are no more crt tv's  :)

Well it's not College Engineering it's High School Engineering, I find it kind of silly translation, in Icelandic it's not called engineer and has nothing to do with that. I'm the opposite to electrician, I handle low voltage stuff, tv's, computer, etc.
The salary is quite good in Iceland if you do your job well, + I take day or night shifts at work so although everything is expensive here the salary is among the highest in the world I think.
