Theres another couple of not so favourable reviews further through, not about the car but about the customer service mainly :'( :'(

Anonymous reviews generally aren't worth toffee.

Agreed.
I asked my "Which is your review" question as the top review was from a "comfort" owner whereas Sparki has a "premuim", hence the question

I've found the customer service in oz to be excellent, but in the UK it seems to be a bit slack.
-
I'm not too impressed with sales

Yup, best after sales service I think I have ever had.

If it was BRAND NEW then it was no more than 1 wek old when this happened.
If that was me I'd be camped out at the dealers wanting another car.
If bought on finance then get the Finance Company involved as they actually have an obligation "Fit for Purpose" and all that.
I'd be straight on to the MD Tony W.
Then Trading Standards, local paper, national news, international news.
You get the drift.

All the positive feedback on that site well and truly makes up for the failure and a couple of other negatives
-
It's a shame we can't contact him to offer support and advice. I've looked in our local telephone directory but no luck.
-
Can someone do a review and throw our web address into the comments maybe..
-
real shame whats happening with his car (Kent guy) - reading between the lines i'm guessing hyundai have no idea what to do at the moment, and trying to work out who is reponsible for the repairs. but i agree i'd want another car! they need to keep him in the loop though. hopefully it won't turn him off the i30 altogethor. the whole car may end up a lemon yet sadly, and it does happen in any brand.
i'd be happy to add a review but they're all english models! :P
