Although it's still in the (October) Price list, I notice the 2.0CRDi option has disappeared from most of the i30 detail pages on the UK website this week.
Maybe the 128PS 1.6CRDi variant will appear in the 2010 price list (This would be the same new U2 engine but without the 115PS map/restriction) and I guess would also be Band C for emissions.

Sorry, I added that while you were typing. U2 is on the website. There isn't a 2.0 U2 of course.

Yes, so far at least, 128PS and 115PS 1.6L variants.
It doesn't say anywhere if its possible to take a 2ltr displacement.
