Has anyone had any issues with their speedo?
Ours packed in last week on our MY14 i30 Elite.
It went in to the dealer to be fixed and they've said it needs a whole new instrument cluster.
Unfortunately there are none in Australia and a replacement will have to be ordered from Hyundai in Korea and wil take, wait for it, 6 weeks to arrive!
As the car is no longer roadworthy they've kept it and given us a courtesy car until it's fixed... :(

Thats a bit rough, I hope the loan car is ok. I have a GD MY14 Elite auto and no problems with the speedo and don't recall any mention of speedo packing up in earlier post. I am sure our Hyundai Tech Cruiserfied will let you know if it is a known problem.

Wow! 6 weeks.. That would suggest it is not a common failure or they would carry (more) stocks....
-
Apparently it's the first time the've come across it hence the wait.
They've given us an ix35 to run around in until our Mazda 3 SP25 arrives...
-
So are you trading in your i30 for the Mazda, if so when is the delivery for that anticipated ?
Edit just noticed your earlier post stating you are changing your i30.

It's due into Melbourne in a week or two. The dealer knows of the problem and they'll sort it if it's not done.
