You needed to have E85 race fuel in it John :lol:

Reminds me when my father put methanol in his 350 Jawa, took off like a rocket and 60 metres down the road the engine blew apart in a spectacular show of noise and flames :D

My mate's Octavia is so souped up now that it will only run on E85! :eek: Octane rating 106 Ron..

Post by: CraigB on July 08, 2017, 08:57:06: I used to tune the Mini up to BP 120 if I felt like having a crazy day :Drive: but mostly BP100 or avgas was sufficient.
