Title: saw a i40 crdi taxi

hi all yesterday in Batemans bay nsw , I saw an i40 waggon crdi taxi. most of the taxi's there are still ford falcon wagons lpg.
the i40's always look good to me.

I really love the current model facelifted i40 CRDi. I like the revised front and the up to 1400 kilometre range. They are a bit like a Mondeo but with a better warranty and reliability record. I like the Mondeo too except it's a Ford. :fum:

The biggest problem with the i40 is the pricing. It would have cost me around $15,000 more to swap to a Premium i40 than into my PD SR. They are a tad lazy too, compared to my last 3 or 4 cars. (Around 10 seconds 0 -100 kph)

I agree (a bit). When I test drove a Diesel Mondeo before buying Firty, it felt heavy and underpowered. :disapp:
