Want a laugh at my expense? (probably won't be the last)
Had a day out in Launceston without my minder ( Who was babysitting)
Walking around Meadows Mews shopping centre and noticed I was getting a few odd looks...
So I discreetly checked my fly (all good). Then wiped my mouth with the back of my hand in case I had a Cappuccino moustache, nope not that either!
Then I realised, My phone was playing music quite loudly in my pocket! The joys of being hard of hearing.
My minder would have been on to it a lot earlier than me. "that's you!" she would have said. LOL

I had some insurance jobs being done on my unit other day. I love listening to music I don't need volume high as audiologist said after testing I have normal level of hearing now with the two bionic ears ( and just keeps improving ) I don't always carry my mobile phone as I'm retired :), anyway as I listen to Elvis a lot I had phone plugged in upstairs with Elvis singing you an't nothing but a hound dog. anyway the two painters showed up early, I keep one motor bike inside down stairs had taken my truck out the garage and parked, was just pushing motor bike out to put it in garage. painters showed up. was a downstairs job. so as nothing worth stealing & they were good old Aussie boy's. I said I'll go to the cafe take my pc ( thats pussy cat )with me they said no worries told me about how long job would take.
when I get back I go upstairs and Elvis still singing hound dog, I said to the painters hope you like Elvis they laughed.
