Time now is 12:40 BST and the Silverstone GP is starting in 20 minutes.
Anyone (who's not asleep) watching this?
Gives a good view of our current British summer - pi$$ing it down, as usual.

Go our Lad, Mark Webber.
Qualified 2nd I believe. He grew up in Queanbeyan which is just a couple of klms outside Canberra. Dont know if i will sit up and watch it but i am sure that i will wake up to the news that he was taken out in the first corner or blew a engine on the second last lap. He never seems to have any luck. I should shut up now, i am starting to sound like a whinging POM.

I like Mark Webber also... He is a big fan of Tasmania comes here a lot when he's not racing

Don't usually follow the open wheelers much like the rallying and v8 supercars (touring cars) more as easier to relate to...

The first bend is the one to watch today, as it's raining and they'll be going real quick. Smashtastic !

I would like to have watched it Shambles but they always show it at odd hours.
i also like watching the motor cycle GP's, our boy Stoner is a winner and knows how to win, i don't know much about Mark Webber just what i read but, no one has that much bad luck. he must be doing something wrong.
Cheers

Bad luck Mark Webber, gee you here tat a lot.
At least our cricket team fared better overnight. They smashed 330 off 50 overs defeating the Windies and completing a 5 nil white wash.
