Main Light Bulb(s) Identification

This is a useful LINK (http://www.pal-guide.com/) for the main light bulbs on any car.

Good site.

I lifted a list from the polish forum and updated it, and added some notes. Seems the front fog light bulbs/globes vary a bit from country to country. It might not be all quite right. It also notes the upgrade bulbs/globes I have used for 1-4 and 14. There are some gaps to fill in.

Quote
1. Dipped Headlight - H7 55W - Philips +80%
2. Main Beam - H1 55W  - Osram Nighbreaker +90%
3. Sidelight/Parking - W5W (T10) - Superlux LED 1W
4. Front fog lights - 881 55W
5. Indicator PY21W - OEM or Silvervision (Silver vision is not quite as bright)
6. Side Indicator - WY5W
7. Roof lights driver -? 10W/ W2,1x9,5D (T10)
8. Roof light central - C5W / SV8 .5 to 8
9. Brake light - P21/5W / BAY15d
10. Rear Indicator - P21W / BA15s
11. Reversing light - P21W / BA15s
12. Glove compartment - ?
13. Hood Light - ?
14. Boot Trunk Light - C5W / SV8 .5 to 8 (31mm or 38mm* Festoon Fitting) *If bent - 24 Led array
15. Rear fog - P21W / BAU15s

Please don't purchase against this list with out checking on myowni30's checker first.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but does anybody have a list of the bulbs used on the GD?  Are they the same as the FD?

No. I'll probably be moving back to Melbourne next year.  I have a few LEDs on my FD, and was curious what I could salvage if/when I upgrade to the GD.

It gets no better......    the sublime = position lights (i.e correct terminology)........    and the ridiculous = static bending light (watt ?)

I'm at a loss to know what you mean - however if you don't know what they are - the static bending lights may be a strange title - but they are an extra pair of headlights set at a sideways angle that illuminate when the steering is turned a certain amount to illuminate the side you are turning into.  They are called 'static' because unlke some premium cars they do not swivel but are set at a static angle. I find the feature very effective.

The answer to your question (Watt?) is 55w

I notice the high beam is no longer an H1 style fitting.
