Hyundai Finland extends the warranty up to 7 years without any km limit. This will only apply to new i30s sold after this day. Length will be same as with sister company KIA, but KIAs have 150 tkm limit. At the moment the warranty will remain the same (5 years, no km limit) with other models. They will see how this affects to customers behaviour. Based on that they will make decision how to continue with other models warranties. Lucky for new i30 owners.

Wowzers, that's how ya back ya product.
I got 8 years/200,000 in total on mine, allegedly the extra 3 are full warranty if the vehicle remains with me and services done within the dealership network which is fixed price for the duration so I dont see a need to take it elsewhere !

Looks like they are starting to sell i30 fastback also. We previously had only hatchback and wagon.
