hi,
its crazy how much is the 6th year service for my i30 1.6crdi auto @72000 miles on the odo. I dont know why it is that much. I have attached screenshots from the official website. Please can someone help if it worth? or should spend £200 on the same from a local garage? PS at 60000 miles, i spent £220 booked officially with a hyundai dealer. I cant believe why its more now. thanks :(

As out of warranty check the hy uk site for eSENSEtials service which includes 12 month breakdown cover foc ( scroll down page)

Do you have capped price servicing in the UK :undecided: If similar to Australian Hyundai service plans then your capped price servicing is finished after 5 years, hence the 6 year being so expensive.
Personally I'd go with the cheaper mob now out of warranty :goodjob2:

You can buy any items online -oil filters brakepads aftermarket parts of good or even better quality than original and install them to a friendly price garage.
:link: AUTODOC - online car parts store with over 1 million auto parts (http://www.autodoc.co.uk) for example.

It's moments like these I realise how much i love servicing my own car, If I convert that to Aussie dollars I reckon I could replace every filter, all fluids a drive belt and throw in a new car battery and have change

hi GUys, Just an update. I spoke with the local hyundai dealer. He recommended an Interim Service at this mileage of 72000 for £119. I asked him what would be the price for a full service at 80k miles he said £219. I really dont know why Hyundai official website would say £624. Crazy Crazy Crazy :(

What are they doing for that price?
Did you check out the hyundai eSENSEtials service menu?
